Refund Policy
Cancellations, Adjustments & Timeline
1. Standard Table Reservations
Standard table reservations at The Pindaura do not require a booking fee or deposit. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your table reservation, we kindly request you notify us at least **2 hours** in advance of your booking time as a courtesy.
2. Group Bookings & Event Deposits
For reservations involving parties of **12 or more guests**, or private dining room bookings, a holding deposit is required to confirm the reservation:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours prior: If a booking is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be fully refunded (100% refund).
- Cancellation less than 24 hours prior: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will forfeit 50% of the deposit to cover table preparation and raw ingredient costs.
- No-show: If the party does not arrive within 30 minutes of their booking time without notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
3. Online Orders & Delivery Policies
If ordering food online through partner applications or our delivery desk:
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled and fully refunded only within **5 minutes** of order placement. Once our kitchen has initiated cooking the order, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be provided.
- Incorrect/Missing Items: If an order is delivered incomplete or has items that do not match your order confirmation, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or process a partial/full refund.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking/ordering. Depending on your bank or financial institution, please allow **5 to 7 business days** for the credit to appear in your account.
